Often one task, will lead you to the next and before you know it, you have accomplished 4 to 5 small tasks. 

You can also alternate between using your body and your mind. This gives each a break to muster up more energy even though it’s a slow charge. 

Do something. Get started. Even if it is starting a load of  laundry, that’s one thing to check of your to-do list. 

Whatever you are feeling, guilt should not be one of them. It’s not your fault, you are feeling this way.
