Vision is the key to you pin pointing what skills you need in creating the home of your choice.
Probably the very first activity you want to do is close your eyes and envision what you see as your ideal home.
How does the house look? Look at each area separately.
What’s for dinner?
What the children are doing? Look at each child individually.
How are the children dressed?
What are you doing? Imagine different times of the day.
Imagine a guest walking in, what do you see? What are you serving? What is the ambience?
From these answers, you will know what kind of home will be a manifestation of your vision.
If you look deeper, you will realise we each have a vision in our sub conscious. This is usually the “right” and “wrong” we perceive from our own childhood and from ideas or inspiration we have picked up along the way – be it an aunt who did things differently from your mum or a Domestic Goddess idea that has stayed with you, this is part of your vision. What you see on Pinterest inspires you even further!
