Within hours, we will get back to you! In order to get to know you better, we will send you a list of questions which we would like for you to respond to in detail. All the information you provide will help us understand your needs better.
The next step is to set up an evaluation of your home. We will visit the site and usually meet for the first time. Think of it this way, I am the friend you haven’t met!
Work sessions are broken into three to four hours each.
We understand that doing an all day session might be difficult for you. We do love working alongside a client who is hands on. If you have a style or ideas of your own, do tell! It’s your home, we need to hear from you.
Our Team
In every session, the Project Manager (usually the Organiser) will come to your home with two to three crew members. While the Organiser will chat with you, the crew start cleaning the designated area. They know exactly what to do. Your job will be to go through the stuff the crew brings to you. The Organiser will help you through this process.
We provide all supplies and baskets and boxes and will help you declutter and organise quickly and methodically.
Our value added services
In 2023, we included an interior designer in our team, so we are able to provide you with more customised organisation with no hassle to you. To take it a step further, we also have a group of handymen who are able to do repairs and renovations for you. This provides you with a one stop decluttering and organising service for all your needs.
We are also able to manage your donation and recycle runs for you so you do not need to worry about the hassle plus, we carry it all away to ensure you do not start “decluttering” ie. taking back your decluttered belongings. It happens!
